The T18CHC is Bosch's 18-piece contractor set of T-shank jig saw blades. The set includes a variety of blades for use in cutting applications for both metal and wood.

High-carbon steel (HCS) blades are ideal for softer materials such as wood, laminated chipboard and plastics. Set includes scrolling blades for curved cuts, taper-ground teeth for clean cuts, a reverse-tooth blade for clean cuts on top of the work piece, precision blades for accurate, right-angle cuts, and a Progressor for Wood blade to cut both thick and thin materials.

High-speed steel (HSS) blades are used for metal, aluminum and non-ferrous metal applications. Set includes two different tooth pitches for cutting thin to medium-thin metals and a Progressor for Metal blade.

Set also includes a bi-metal Progressor for All Purpose blade, which is flexible and tough for fast cuts and longer life in a variety of materials. Bosch bi-metal jig saw blades last twice as long as HSS blades and 10 times longer than HCS blades.

Brute Tough Case

Blades stay safe in a Brute Tough case. The case is small enough to keep in your pocket or tool belt, yet tough enough to withstand hitting hard materials on the job. Case contains 18 blades.

T-shank blades are suitable for jig saws from Bosch, AEG, Dewalt, ELU, Hitachi, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee and others. Lengths range from 5/8” to 4”; TPI ranges from 6 to 12 in the wood category, 11-14 to 17-24 in the metal category; Progressor blades have unique progressive tooth geometries. Easy-to-use color code system ensures you have the right blade for your application every time.
