Although the enclosure chipset and USB Cable is rated at 10G speed, The maximum speed is still limited by SATA protocol (SATA 6Gb/s)
The hard drive format is different between the systems so it just can be set with one format and suitable for one system till you change the format.
Make sure to ONLY use USB 3.1 or cable included for optimal performance.
