Includes two 20mm or size 1 nipple shields and a protective case for hygienic and convenient storage. A nipple shield should be used under the advisement of a breastfeeding professional. A mom can use the nipple shield to address soreness issues. However, this would not be our first recommendation to help ease soreness. It is advisable for moms to first try addressing soreness with either Lansinoh HPA Lanolin or Lansinoh Soothies Gel Pads.
