We are located in Juncosa, a small town in Cataluña, Spain. Juncosa is home to only 438 people who have transformed that small town into one of the famous olive-culture places in the World.
This Evoo has notes of cata as apple, pear, green banana, green almonds and citrus-like are present in our oil. Its entrance is sweet and elegant. The after taste is very fruity, dominating sweet fruit, green banana, and subtle touches of green almond. It is an oil characterized by its harmony, complexity, and balance in its olfacto-gustatory notes.

Paring: Excellent for cooking fish and seafood and enhance exclusive dishes. Ideal to consume raw unheated for dressing salads and vegetables. Perfect for bread and tomato, and also recommended for making emulsions and ice creams. It is no ideal for pan frying.
