🔶 ASSEMBLY: Use straws to inflate foil balloons with air. Due to their size and density, they will NOT float with helium. Tissue Tassel Garland is pre-cut and easy to assemble (instructions included). Gold Dot Garland is pre-strung. Inflate confetti balloons with helium so they will float. Tie off with rubber bands. Rub the outside of confetti balloons with a towel to make confetti stick to the inside of the balloon. All items are designed to be reusable for your future celebrations!
