PELVIC FLOOR STRENGTHENING: There are many factors that cause a woman's pelvic floor to become weak. Some of these include pregnancy/labor, prolapse, and aging. Doing Kegel exercises can be helpful in tightening the pelvic floor, but adding resistance with the right equipment can speed up the recovery process.
EASY TO USE: To use our Kegel weights while at home, simply insert one into the vagina, and leave it there for about 15 minutes a day until you feel like you are ready to increase the weight. Just like arm muscles, your vaginal muscles need to be toned with resistance training. This is most easily achieved using our Kegel toning supplies.
6 WEIGHT OPTIONS: Just as you would with any other muscle, as female pelvic floor muscles get stronger, you should begin to increase weight and intensity to continue building strength in that region. We provide you with a set of 6 Kegel egg weights that are each a different weight, ranging from 25 g to 125 g. All weights are the same size, but the darker their color, the heavier they are. Weight Measurement = 2.5" L x 1" W. The string measures 3.25" long.
