This 2-pin Electronic LED Flasher is also speed adjustable.

Connection and adjustment Instructions:
Clockwise: slower, Counter Clockwise: Faster
You can use a flat head screw driver to adjust the knob on the bottom to set its flashing speeds from 50c/m to 200c/m .
