A: Pls check if the rubber ring at the bottom is reversed placed . Or the rubber get loose. Hot liquid may cause the rubber become loosen.
Tips: It would be better to use water under 194℉/ 90℃ and follow user manual.
Q:Why my blender keeps flicking with red and white light?
A: 1)If it keeps flicking>10 times, the problem is machine gets stuck.
Tips: Please cut fruits into small pieces and put them into bottle, do not exceed two-thirds of the cup.
