FAQ's
What about the other Enzymes you've recommended in the past
Those were the best enzymes I knew of at the time; and still solid products. However, I was never blown away by any other enzyme product, nor did I feel like any of them met the needs of my diet perfectly. So I decided to create my own. I worked incredibly hard to perfect this formula and am so thrilled to finally be able to share it with you and the community.
Ideally. do you take Enzymes if I use your Probiotics
Ideally, yes. Because the two perform very different functions in the body. Probiotics reside in your gut, and assist with countless functions, from immunity to brain function and beyond. Enzymes are different in that they help break down foods (or toxic substances, like candida fungus) and catalyze reactions. Having both is truly the best of both worlds.
Can I take to many Enzymes?
It's possible to consume too much of anything, including water! However, it's very hard to overdose on enzymes. In fact, with Christmas right before us, you may want to double or triple your dosage before/after heavier meals-you really notice the difference. It's possible to go from tired and sluggish following a big meal, to feeling light and fresh again-simply by taking a larger dose of enzymes.
What would constitute a ""Large"" dose?
If normal is taking 1-3 capsules before a meal, a "large" dose is more like 6-10. This is a lot, mind you, and something you'd probably only do following a very big meal that you feel your body is struggling to digest.
Is it ok for pregnant women or children to take them?
While it's always wise to consult with a physician regarding medical questions, this is a very safe product and both pregnant women and children 5 and up should be totally fine taking them.
