How to get moist heat by this heating pad?
-1. Gently dab or pat one side of the Pad with a wet sponge/cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.
-2. Make sure the Control Connector or Pad Connector is not sprayed or dampened.
-3. Place the moistened side of the Pad on top of the body.
-4. Don't put the pad soaked.
How to wash the heating pad?
-1. Machine or hand wash the pad using a mild detergent, cool water, and a gentle/delicate cycle.
-2. Detach the cord before washing.
-3. Line dry or lay the pad flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
-4. Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use.
