Tips and troubleshooting
1.Make sure the card (CF, SD or TF) is a good card and capacity does not exceed 64GB. Note that Wi-Fi SD cards are not supported.
2.The card reader cannot be used with the GoPro Camera sd card and Sony high speed card.When your iphone / ipad shows "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably on this iPhone / iPad",please ignore it, this will not affect normal use.
3.If the digital camera does not take a photo, use a computer to create a folder named "DCIM" in the root directory of the sd memory card.Copy photos and videos to the DCIM folder. Rename each photo and video file to "IMG_XXXX", where XXXX is a unique number. For example,if you have a JPG file and a .MOV file, name them "IMG_0001.JPG" and "IMG_0002.MOV".
4.please use this iphone card reader to read one card at the same time.
