Manual Tubeless Tire Repair Kit

The tubeless wheel set up is quickly becoming the new standard in cycling. It comes with a tremendous number of benefits but...it's not flawless. A sharp rock or root can still puncture a tire, and sealant alone won't fill every puncture.

With a Manual Repair Kit, you can plug most holes you have trailside, without removing the tire. Place a butyl strip (aka bacon strip) into the insertion tool. Insert the bacon strip into the puncture so that ΒΌ" remains showing, twist it around twice, remove the tool, and pump it up and get back on the trail.

We developed these bacon strips to be thinner than other strips to avoid enlarging the puncture as you work to seal it. And because they are thin, they are also ideal for road tubeless tires.

Lastly, the tube is important because it safely stores the insertion tool, keeps the bacon strips from drying out, and it can be used for storing various small items (keys, master links, valve cores, money, etc.).
