My Turn On Releve Turn Disc was developed in collaboration with designers, dance teachers, directors, and dancers in order to create a training tool that would not compromise technique! The purpose of our turn disc is to challenge the user to find their center, control their bodies' posture and keep proper alignment throughout their training sessions. The user must master having their shoulders down and over their hips, squared hips over their knees while keeping a high passé and holding releve. Our disc will highlight the user's flaws so they can make the proper adjustments; this is achieved by the spherical bottom surface of the turn disc which reduces friction and surface area against the floor. This creates an imbalanced platform forcing the user's body to adjust thus resulting in the strengthening of the core, muscles and technique. PATENT PENDING - All others are copies, be careful!
