COLD APPLICATION
1.Store the neck ice pack in the freezer so that it is always ready for Use.
2. it is better to use a towel when applying to bare skin. For deeper cold penetration,wrap it with a damped towel.
3.Do not use the cooling neck wrap for more than 20 minutes each time. Repeat the application every hour as needed. Please consult a physician regarding extended us.
HOT APPLICATION
MICROWAVE:
Every microwave oven varies in power. Please follow the direction below to determine the correct heating time for future use
1.Before heating the gel pack in the microwave oven, lay it on a flat surface and make sure the Gel is distributed evenly.
2.If the cooling neck wrap is at room temperature, set your microwave to "HIGH" for r 60 seconds and check. Continue heating with 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
3.Do not overheat the gel pack.Do not microwave when heating from frozen.
