Each bag has distinct embossed measurements in cups, ml, and fl oz. as well as a gusseted bottom so bag stands upright for easy filling and less mess. Contents and fill date can be marked on bags with a ballpoint pen and washed off with soap and water. PRODUCT CARE & USE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash and dry bags and sliding bars before first use. Bags are dishwasher-safe. Sliding bars should only be hand washed and should not be exposed to heat (dishwasher, boiling water, oven or microwave). Storage bags can be safely used in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave and in oven on oven-proof tray. Storage bags can withstand temperatures from -40° F to 428° F. Sliding bars should only be used in cold/freezer conditions. Do not expose sliding bars to temperatures over 170° F. If sliding bars do not easily slide after being stored in the freezer, run it under warm water to loosen its grip. Vegetable oil can be used to help sliding bars glide across bags.
