1. Yes this has a STRONG smell, any product that is MMA free (FDA compliant) will have a strong odour. You want to be MMA free for the safety of your health. 

2. Please store in a warmer environment 74 F is the recommended temperature. This will allow nails to harden and not take hours to become hard. 

3. Professionals do not apply the acrylic to the cuticle, they stop BEFORE the cuticle to ensure no lifting will occur. If you are finding that you are getting lifting please asses how close you are applying your acrylic.
