AUTHENTIC: Rosie's Collar Pin is made using 3-dimensional, molded and embossed metal and hand-colored using enamel cloisonné technology (each one is slightly different, part of the hand process). It is 1.25 inches, the same size as Rosie wore.

ACCURATE: During WW2, employment badges included a photograph of the employee. Our Rosie Collar Pin features a photo-etched screen print of Rosie's image, taken from the iconic "We Can Do It!" poster, of course. The image is covered with a clear coating for protection.

MULTIPLE USES: Rosie's Collar Pin is a necessity if you are dressing as Rosie the Riveter for Halloween or a costume party. But there are many other uses - attach it to your purse, wear it on your jacket, vest, or coat, affix it to your hat, use it to secure your neck scarf. Every way you show it lets others know you are a strong, empowered woman.

COLLECTIBLE: This unique Rosie Collar Pin is a collectible piece of Americana worthy of being passed on to your children and grandchildren.

HISTORIC: This Rosie Pin is as close to the original as possible. After WW2, employers asked women to return their pins when they were sent home to make room for returning GIs. Only a few kept them. Based on one of these, we made our Rosie Pin using the same style, size, photograph placement, and font as those worn by workers in the Westinghouse Electric Service factory where the "We Can Do It!" poster was drawn. Wear yours with pride and remind others that you have the "Can Do" spirit.

ROSIE THE RIVETER'S COLLAR PIN is more accurately known as Rosie's Employment Badge. We researched the pin displayed on Rosie's collar in the "We Can Do It!" iconic World War II poster. Then we went to the government archives to see how the actual pins-employment badges-looked and the materials they used. Only a few remain since employers asked that they be returned when the women were sent home after the war. Based on our investigations, we created our Rosie the Riveter Collar Pin, as close to the original as you can get. Rosies wore their badges to work each day. Wear yours with pride and remind others that you have the Can Do spirit.
