AUTHENTIC: Rosie's Collar Pin is made using 3-dimensional, molded and embossed metal and hand-colored using enamel cloisonné technology (each one is slightly different, part of the hand process). It is 1.25 inches, the same size as Rosie wore.

ACCURATE: During WW2, employment badges included a photograph of the employee. Our Rosie Collar Pin features a photo-etched screen print of Rosie's image, taken from the iconic "We Can Do It!" poster, of course. The image is covered with a clear coating for protection.

HISTORIC: This Rosie Pin is as close to the original as possible. After WW2, employers asked women to return their pins when they were sent home to make room for returning GIs. Only a few kept them. Based on one of these, we made our Rosie Pin using the same style, size, photograph placement, and font as those worn by workers in the Westinghouse Electric Service factory where the "We Can Do It!" poster was drawn.
