1. Adjust waist strap and secure around the waist with lock A.
2. Adjust shoulder strap and connect over left should or right should with lock B.
3. Open the metal clamp by screwing out the nut and attach it to telescoping wand. Then screw in the nut tightly by wrench or plier.
4. Connect metal clamp to the shortest strap with lock C.
