Recommended SIM card:Speed talk/T-mobile(Frequency: 850/900/1800/1900Hz,open voice and data plan.)
Not supported Sprint/Verizon/AT&T.
Do not soak in water for a long time to prevent damage to the watch.
How to choose sim card?
Please purchase a 2G GSM Micro SIM card.
Please turn off the watch before inserting the SIM card.
If the watch shows "Please insert SIM card" or no signal, Please check if the card is inserted correctly and pay attention to the chip orientation.
How do I register APP?
Scan the QR code on the manual to download Setracker2.
Enter the email address.
Scan the REG code behind the watch or scan the REG code inside the setting.
How to solve device offline problem?
Check whether there are signal bars and "↑↓" symbol on the watch.
If there is no signal bars,please check whether the sim was inserted correctly,and go to a good signal place and check it.
If there is no "↑↓" symbol,please open the data and voice plan for the sim card.

After receiving the reply,send us the screenshot and REG code is incorrect.
Failed to register?
When binding the device,the APP displays "Wait for Authorization","Restore Factory Settings", "The device has been bound","REG code is incorrect",etc.
Please tell us immediately and send us the image of IMEI code behind the watch.
Set the time
First, please find "Settings" in the app, then find "language and time zone".Thus you could adjust the time.
The main screen appears disabled.
It means you set the class mode,please find "do not disturb" in the settings,then restore all time periods to 00:00-00:00.
