How to use it?
Step 1: Go to APP store or scan the QR code to download "FITDAYS" APP and sign up.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth (Location permission required for connection).
Step 3: Open your APP, tap "+" on the top right corner, then click "Device Management".
(Enter your information before using.)
Step 4: Tap "+" on My Connected Devices, step on the scale to active.
(Ensure feet are bare, dry, and touching the all 4 sensors)
Step 5: Wait your phone to pair your scale and add the device named
"FITDAYS".
Step 6: Keep standing on the scale for 10-15 seconds to let scale analyze your body metrics, then take your readings on App.
Warm tips:
1.We recommended to weigh at the same time per day. A person's weight lightest at morning and heaviest at night. The difference between them is about 1 to 6 pounds.
2.Place the scale on a hard, flat surface during use. Using the weight scale on a soft surface - like carpet - will affect the accuracy of the scale readings.
3.Body fat percentage measurements are intended for users between 10 and 80-years-old.(Pregnant women and young children have poor body index accuracy)
4.The scale does not turn on
Remove the batteries and put it back. Make sure to insert the batteries in the correct direction
